Tax collector or bills collecting agents are equipped with this device and as they move to the location of their clients or verse versa the individual paying the tax or bill is equipped with a prepaid card that is swaps over this device and immediately is billing or tax information is updated as paid. As such, good governance is promoted and accountability becomes transparent.
